At the time of beginning this blog I was at 290 lbs and needing to make some changes. I did that and my blogged my progress since March of 2008.
I am now down to my goal weight of 175 pounds mostly due to a low carb lifestyle coupled with exercise. I have since set new goals and will continue to maintain this same way of eating (WOE) as it suits me.
My goal is to get more primative with my choices but it's not always easy and being human I am doomed to make mistakes. While I can accept this fate I also understand that this is a learning process and I am no expert. Just a regular guy trying to figure it all out.
